Intro
Size Guidelines:

Our ferocious high heels at deeFind do run on the larger side by a half to a whole size in some cases. We recommend going down a size. For example, if you are a size 8.5 to 9 I recommend purchasing the size 8. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Shipping
Shipping Policy

All orders ship from San Francisco.
-All order placed before 1 PM will be shipped out the following
day.
-Orders placed after 11 AM (EST) on Friday will be processed on
Monday. (No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday
-Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)

Shipping Carriers:
United Parcel Service (UPS).
-Next Day Air: Next business day; delivery typically by 10:30
a.m.
-Second Day Air: Two business days; delivery typically by end of
the day.
-Ground: One to Five business days; delivery based on distance
to destination.
-Standard: Day-definite delivery based on origin and destination.
-Three Day Select: Three business days; delivery typically by
3:00 p.m.
-Next Day Air Saver: Next business day; delivery typically by 3:00
p.m.
-Second Day A.M.:Two business day; delivery typically by 10:30
a.m.

United States Postal Service (USPS).
-First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is two to three days.
-Priority Mail Service: Typically two to three days to most places
in the US. This is not a guaranteed service.
-Express Mail (PO to Addressee): Items are delivered to the
Addressee (recipient) by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next day or
second day or next day or noon to 3:00 p.m. the second day.
-Parcel Post: Typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states for
most origins/destinations.

Return Policy

Packaging Your Return
Please include the following information:

-Your name, address, and order number
-Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions.
-Why you are returning the product(s), please note the reason
for the return. For example, if the product was (a.) too small
or too large, (b.) uncomfortable to wear; (c.) wrong item
received; (d.) exchanging for a different item.
-Returns Address

All returned packages must be shipped using a service that tracks shipments, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please contact deeFind at www.deeFind.com to obtain our return address.
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within thirty (30) days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email, using the contact information you supplied to us when you placed your original order, when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders.

Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or Defective products that are returned to deeFind.com are inspected and replaced, if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product. We will replace your deeFind product with the same style and size, if available, or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style or size returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange within thirty (30) days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process, or a deviation from our approved factory specifications, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it is in upon our receipt of your returned package. We do not replace damaged or defective merchandise:

-damaged by abuse or negligence
-damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended
purpose

Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

Credits for Returned Products
We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged for those products that meet the conditions described in this policy to be accepted as a returned product. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Orders Using Promotion or Discount Codes
Any discounts that you received through your use of a promotion or discount code shall be maintained when refunding you the amount of money you paid for a returned product.
